 Seriously Concerned!..

In, the recent, two days I have, personally, witnessed Unnecessary violence That I cannot BeLieve!

"JESUS 'H' Christ!"

Forgive them

Help them

Heal them..

I don't know..,

a potential (stabbing) attack, on Fishergate, Preston (23/03/2022);

and today, a lady, lying on the ground, blood coming from her head, on the pavement...

Prior to this, I had seen a police car, parked up, up an incline, 'around the corner',.. .

I retraced my steps, in 'a full-on jog', asked the officers, (not to mention, with company, present, on the backseats), are any of you trained medics?! (as some already are) in a few words:-  Come This Way, NOW!

[JESUS 'h' Christ!  I need to Get back! to my Destination Fitness lifeplan etc. **Reminder alert Ahem!**]

I went in to town, to get a bit of shopping.  After, a few deep breaths, I cont'd, on my way.  

Got shopping, now, in a more relaxed state, and, going home, passed the prior mentioned scene. Update:- lady is covered in a reflective blanket, mostly.  I Hope she survives, lives!

NOT THAT LONG AGO, I tried out.

Okay, here we go, the truth is out! 

And, get this, not just once, but twice!

I figure:- Okay, I have morals, fitness and intelligence and this call for 20,000 more new recruits advertising a degree pathway, etc. or people who already have a degree, apply, perhaps, I can serve, help others, this way!

OUTCOME: first time around, I got quite far, in regards to attending the national centre, etc..

Second time, as a Special (recruitment process), I passed The Exam, the interview - following that, the outcome was "no go".  Okay, a local community beat officer said, you can try again.

Well, actually, no!

Tbh, I've been dancing since I was a tot.  

I shall help where I can, when I can, when, 'felt' called upon, to do so:-

However, after, you know, Specials do the work for free, why put your life on the line for 'nothing'?! this experience, I'm just happy to help if/when I can - after all, I can, really, run Quite Fast.

So, all I'm goin' to say is, Boris, do your bit, and, for cryin' out loud, give the force an upgrade !..

I just want to stay on the Right Side, so Help Me God!

Please don't think I am 'a pig' just because I'm interested in helping society.  But, I wouldn't care if you did, anyway. #RespectToThoseWhoServeAndProtectOurSociety

However,.. I shall endeavour to assist true justice, where I find myself, when, I can.  "WHY DON'T YOU just switch off the TV and do something less boring instead?!"*

A friend of mine who knits all the time inspired me and I offered to help so I'm not sending it personally, this time - at least I hope (pun intended!) it gets there, and they're not playing frisbee with it!

I started this project last year and continued with it again recently steaming ahead.

I can't really call myself (with a hard k) Captain Knitter yet, I don't think, but maybe there's hope for me yet!  (Yes, another pun intended, also!)

I feel honoured and blessed.  Recently, I got the opportunity to teach music, again, though, this time in itself also peace, it would seem.

One of the year groups' theme was world war II, however, music can soothe the soul, uplift it,  inspire it and offer hope:- highlighting this to pupils enables the next generation to possibly, listen wisely.

Dedication To a Friend

 Mr Kayvan Walker

It was so beautiful to have met you.

I cannot quite believe that I would be putting this blog out there, however, I would not for the life of me, prefer to not do so, Because,..

amongst, a few, special songs, " Our House " is the one, I would like to dedicate to you.

And, I am a dedicating it to a beautiful soul, who chose to take his life.. .

The beautiful Kayvan, (I used to pronounce it KayYan).  I hope this is correct.

I have chosen this song because, although I have met Suggs, when I did, I was dumbstruck/starstruck, and didn't know what to say, so said 'nowt', even though, following a TV performance he was within a 15cm proximity within me, in the bar area, following recording - this young man, Kayvan, I knew from attending Baha'i events, as a student, in Lancaster and a Festival I felt fortunate whereupon I got to be the Author and Workshop Leader of a Dance course for adults and children (c. 2003), 'Earthing the Spirit' at which he was present, also, a fair few years my younger, although cute, he wasn't on my agenda, however, prayed with a fervent for peace always - and apparently, very recently, a very new Father, in Australia - it has touched my heart, as my Mother, who passed on, just under a year ago, and resident in Australia, as well, and such a young man..., 38 years, who had retrained to be a Dr., to have chosen such a way out,.., it hurts my heart in more ways than I would open up to, so, I ask, even though we are living in such trying times, anyway, please, if you pray, please remember, this soul, Kayvan Walker, in your prayers, for him to find peace, because, from my experience, he was a very pure, soul, and whatever happens, in life, from onwards when you meet someone, we are all valuable and need to reminded that We All Belong to the House of Humanity.  

I knew him as a such a sweet, spiritual soul, with his whole life ahead of him.

God bless your soul, Kayvan.  

It was such a pleasure and honour to have met you in my lifetime.  Thankyou for being an inspiration.  On your journey, you will, along with others As long as I live Be in my prayers.

God help us!

God rest your sweet, good soul Kayvan.
