Thank you

So, instead of 'posting on social media', directly, I thought I would write my Christmas Blog, whilst, hopefully encapsulating such a said theme regarding it.
Here goes !
Dear
(Facebook) Friends
Thank you
for being available to me
Virtual friendship reasserts
what many of us
are too busy to accommodate
it seems
these days
Friends of old
you can keep in touch with
-
It's a weirdly strange kind of comfort
-
I've lost family and friends
So have many of you
Yes
Sometimes
life's tough
Though
At least we're here
Wishing and praying for peace ✌️☮️🕊️ in the world
In particular, for the Gaza/Palestine and Ukraine situations.
I also hope for help on high for viable sustainable options to beat the tragedies that we're presented with daily.
From earthquakes to floods to volcanoes erupting etc..
People displaced.
"Immigrants" seeking refuge, again and again.
We're all just people In this one land Called Earth
Yeah, I know, Spock would have a field day!
On that note,
Captain Elf, of the most wonderful world, Elfin
Is Calling !
A bit like, "London Calling"
But, Ohhhh, So Much Better !
Well, there has to be a musical reference in here, somewhere!
So, anyway, I must dash. ! Yes, reindeers are on the brain !
Oh, and, by the way, would anyone like a piano ?
It's free to a good home *
I experienced some scams on marketplace on Facebook...
And, nevertheless,
Courtesy of the no fault section 21. (your behaviour can be faultless, however a landlord can relinquish property back regardless) I am looking to re-home a well used, but much loved upright piano.
But, remember, if you're seriously interested, a piano is for life It's not just for Christmas !
Yes, I know I couldn't resist !
*Please see this link for (my biog. page) contact details for collection arrangements:

So, the piano needs to be rehomed in/by early January.
It's a Chappell make, in good working order, some wear and tear to be expected and with only a few superficial deficits, it's a bargain.
It has a, very, interesting history:
Originally offered to me, also for free (I just needed to make the delivery arrangements) by the primary school, Queens Drive, I provided it for the musical development of and for my son.
Then, years later I was privileged to make it my own.
What with The Queen's passing in recent years, etc., I think it's history is very special .
Please see the following pic. for a visual of the said piano:
Anyhows, regardless of my "private" rehoming piano arrangements Have a good one everyone !
And
Here's to all well being health, prosperity, success and, by no means least, Love 'n' Peace in, and from, 2024 onwards !
